Jan’s husband, Roger, is a retired pastor and church administrator.
Jan’s son, Benji Ferguson, is youth pastor for the Carmichael Seventh-day Adventist Church in Sacramento, CA
Jan's daughter-in-love, Stephanie Crane Ferguson, is Junior High teacher and a fabulous mother
Jan's brother, Jere Webb, is a retired pastor and a real estate agent in Boise, Idaho
PERSONAL STATEMENT OF FAITH
The Lord Jesus Christ is my personal Savior and my dearest friend. I am so thankful for the beautiful gift of eternal life Christ gave me by dying for my sins on the cross. What a thrill to know that I’m saved by God’s grace alone, through faith in Christ’s saving work of atonement. Knowing I am accepted by my Father God, who fills me with His Holy Spirit, I love to begin each morning in worship and fellowship with Him. The Spirit renews my heart while equipping and calling me to character formation and sharing God’s love with others.
God calls me to serve my neighbors, those in need. When that happens, I feel a strong bond with Divinity. My relationship with God is nourished, strengthened and exhilarated as I reach beyond my usual relationships, and step out by faith into a world of need, touching the lives of people I would not normally contact.
The Lord Jesus has given me a work to do, a purpose in life, a mission bigger than myself. He has called me to share His love with others, including the good news of His salvation and His soon return.
